ČZ chains for demanding sports such as motocross are characterized by high durability in dusty and muddy conditions. ČZ uses its proprietary CRK technology for these chains, which consists of applying very hard chromium carbides to the surface of the pins. The hardness of these carbides is up to twice the hardened steel hardness.The pins are heat treated to high strength to resist wear and tensile shock during operation.The presence of chromium also guarantees resistance to corrosion of the pin surface.
