This is a special design of combining two materials to create a lightweight rosette with a long service life - the use of a duralumin centre reduces weight and the steel toothed wreath has an extremely long service life.
The manufacture of the rosettes was inspired by the products of world manufacturers, where a significant innovation (in the design of the material connection) and improvement of the rosettes was made in order to achieve the best possible parameters - thanks to the design of the connection of the centre and the hexagonal-shaped wreath, the largest possible area of engagement was ensured.
The innovative design of the connection with the 150° clamping angle of the mutually supporting wreath and the duralumin centre allows perfect stress distribution evenly throughout the rosette, thus avoiding local stresses on rivets or contact surfaces, increasing the stability of the rosette, safety and durability.
PRORACE rosettes are made of high quality material that achieves long service life. The toothed rack is created in a special lightweight construction together with innovative deburring grooves. Special durable rivets are used for rewinding and coupling for maximum connection strength.
