Properties:

The compound offers excellent values in terms of abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance caused by hydraulic lift in the fork and chemical resistance to all additives of various fork oils. The cross-section of the sealing lips of the ARI fork oil seals, coated with a special surface treatment, ensures maximum control of the internal pressure between compression and relief without breaking off the lubrication.

Scope of delivery:

Each set contains 2 oil seals and a bag of special "ARISIL" lubricant, which extends the life of various components.

Ariete skimmers are the best choice for use in contact with oil, grease and similar substances.

Sealing rings consist of:

-Nitrile

Buna-N 70, an elastomer used as standard in ARI liners, is suitable for most applications. The optimum temperatures for nitrile seals are from -35°C to +125°C. It is resistant to many oils and mineral greases.

- Silicone

Silicone is an elastomer that is suitable for operating temperatures from -65 ° C to + 190 ° C. Due to higher costs, it is used only in special cases.

- Viton

Viton is a high quality elastomeric fluoride. The optimal operating temperatures are from -40 ° C to + 210 ° C. It is very resistant to oils, acids and other substances that are harmful to nitrile and silicone. In addition, it is particularly resistant to abrasion and has the best performance values.
