The sophisticated design of TwinAir air filters using the highest quality materials and technology provides unsurpassed performance, protection and durability. TwinAir has been manufacturing filters for over 30 years and is constantly working on their development.

TwinAir filters have won more World Champion titles than all other brands combined. TwinAir filters are used by the best racers and teams.

Standard TwinAir air filters are bonded together with two layers of different density foam designed specifically for use on TwinAir air filters. These two layers are flame laminated and the resulting thickness is 15mm.

The outer thicker foam traps the largest debris such as sand and dirt. The fine inner foam acts as a second filter, capturing fine particles while maintaining maximum airflow to the bike's intake.

The shape of the TwinAir filters is based on the original filters and has been further modified to improve airflow in the airbox and achieve the ideal filtering area.
